Park Kwik

I like to share my experience with Park Kwik. The location of the garage I'm reviewing under Park Kwik management is located on 50 Washington Ave on 4/27/2022. The parking is convenient to the Timeout Market located in DUMBO Brooklyn. The parking fees were posted and parking attendant were well mannered. I was there for less than 3 hours. After leaving the parking garage and about half way home, I notice my iphone charger missing. I took the next two days cleaning everything out of my car making sure that its not underneath the seats or on the side of the seats or anywhere in the car. I have to iterate that I used the iPhone charger to get to Dumbo Brooklyn traveling from South Jersey. I spoke with Tom Cooper (Parking Garage Employee) to try and resolve the issue. He listened to my complaint and said he will look into it. The same day, a different gentlemen said he will look into the camera next week to see what he sees in the security camera. I followed up with different ways to resolve this unfortunate incidents. I would not say stay clear, since I guess I could have locked my phone charger in the glove compartment and give valet key instead of my regular car key. I like to say that this should have been a given! but I was hoping that they took my complaint seriously and found a way to resolve this unfortunate incident.
