Paid $23 on Spothero, when I arrived they tried to say there was a $15 Upcharge for Luxury Vehicles. Huge scam. My Tesla Model 3 is not considered luxury.

Dont waste ur money here, youll come in get treated like garbage and youll get out the same way, someone needs to get rid of the man with the beard hes ruining service for this place. And why does it close at 10pm I couldnt even pick up my car what a total disaster this management is

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Would not recommend this garage if you are looking for a monthly space. The first red flag we experienced was the attendant once losing the keys to our car.
Secondly, when we had to cancel our membership, we called and were told it was all settled. After getting charged anyway, we disputed the charge with our credit card company. We called the garage a second time and made clear our intention to cancel.
Once the garage received the dispute, someone called and was extremely rude, claiming the only way to cancel is by email and that there are signs explaining this all over the garage. I've never seen a sign. She stated, "you've been parking with us for years, you should know that." Not only was this false, but also an abrasive way to treat your customers. What's more, both times we called the garage to cancel, neither employee referenced this strict cancellation policy. Effectively, we had $900 stolen from us. Would not recommend.
