very rude customer service , it took a while to acknowledge that I was there then once he did I started asking him for paint for a bathroom the phone rang he walked away. Not even an excuse me he started having a conversation on the phone ,also didnt seem to know about his products as he tried to sell me two different cans of primer when I said thats not paint its primer he had to look at the can first and he said yeah it is. I said I want paint he said oh what kind? would not waste my time there.

One of the rudest customer service experiences Ive ever had on Sunday 2/18/24. After browsing color swatches, I waited at the counter while the only employee ignored me. I finally asked if he had a pen I could borrow to mark my paint choices. Zero acknowledgement. Waited a couple more minutes in case he didnt hear me. Asked again; he replied gruffly, I am working. He was watching the paint machine process the order hed already input. I said okay and went back to the paint color swatches. A few minutes later, he yells at me across the store that he is closing in 20 minutes. According to the sign they were open for another hour. I came to the store to purchase several paint samples. Left without purchase due to this terrible employeewho I hope isnt the owner. This place deserves zero stars. Benjamin Moore should revoke their franchise license-its nowhere close to the standard thats expected of this paint brand. I instead went out of my way to Mazzone Ace Hardware on Flatbush for my purchase. Best hardware store with the kindest employees, clean store, and offers every Benjamin Moore product Ive needed for many projects. No need to waste your time at this Ben Moore store.

Could not get the man at the counter to look at me let alone help me. When I spoke to him, he would not look up from his phone. It looks like no one goes there. Everything is dusty like its been sitting for years.
