ENT and Allergy Associates - Dyker Heights

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!! I took my son there today what a waste of time. Dr. Chen is very rude and dismissive. When he didnt like my response he let out a sigh! FYI he did it more than once. Like I was a nuisance in his life. So I told him I was done I got my stuff and my kids and walked out. He was not about to touch my child with that energy. Actually He responded with a relief cause he really doesnt care. I wouldnt take my garbage there to be evaluated by him. He has no compassion terrible bedside manner, and he acts like youre suppose to know what he means when it comes to medical terminology. Hes the one who went to school for 10 years or more to get an understanding of the human body so he should explain so I can understand it. I also informed him I will be writing a Google review and he responded with. I okay go ahead. The people at the front desk and the assistant who brought me back were super sweet. I just wish they worked for a better physician. I truly believe hes only doing it for the money. I say that because Im not the only one who felt this way about this physician so its him. When more than one person says something about you and dont know each other its you. I hope he reads these reviews and reevaluate himself as a person because he doesnt have a good heart and should not be anybodys physician.

no good A very impatient doctor, a middle-aged male doctor. He didn't show any professional attitude as a doctor towards my 5-year-old son. Indifferent like a machine, I know your time is very precious, and you can earn thousands or hundreds of dollars an hour. But your rubbish attitude makes my rating of this doctor very low.

Saw Dr. Chen. He was very cool professional the visit was quick no long wait time I was in and out in 30 minutes. The front staff was very nice. The Asian female medical assistant was very nice too.

Dr Chen dismissive and rude uncaring not a good Doctor .ENT Associates uses a terrible answering service to no one answers at the front desk look elsewhere they use mainly remote operators who are clueless as to what goes on in the Doctor's office because they are not there on site they work from home , the worst medical receptionist system ever avoid ENT allergy associates they are uncaring, unprofessional and inept.
