This guy sucks. He and every doctor in this office failed to identify an infection saying it was due to allergies. Thankfully I didnt believe them went somewhere else to find out in was indeed a throat infection!

This guy is a quack! I went to him because I was experiencing tinnitus he looked inside my ear and pulled out a tiny piece of qtip fuzz and said that must be what's causing it and sent me on my way. A week later I went back because nothing improved he told me I must have jaw problems and sent me away again. I spent 2 months at doctors offices scared running all kinds of tests on my jaw, my vascular system, a brain MRI, neurologists, audiologists, spent countless money out of my pocket on specialists and it turns out I've had BPPV which is a form of vertigo this entire time!!! Any ENT would know to check for this. Do NOT trust his "professional" opinions or diagnoses. He doesn't care about his patients or about helping them.

I saw Dr Palgon, for literally ear, nose, AND throat issues and I was really pleased. The wait time was super short, and when I saw Palgon, although he was speedy, he was very attentive. I didn't feel like I was being rushed, but at the same time it was clear he didn't need a lot of time to figure out what the issue was, and once he had, he gave me my prescription and sent me on my way. I'll definitely return if I ever need to see him again. Look no further for another E N T! I wish all doctors were like him. Thanks!

Do no trust! Went to him with the ear ringing symptoms . Went through audiology tests, brain MRI - the result came out fine. He told me it's no big deal (I'm only 30 y.o.). To cope with my ringing Dr Palgon recommended me to listen to the "white noise". Couple of years later when my problem got worse, I went to another doctor, who immediately recognized that it is due to the problems with my neck (which was proved by the NECK MRI). What kind of otolaryngologist doesn't know that the ear and neck are connected?!?
