Dr Amy Wu is awesome on so many different levels. She is so nice. She is so patient. I feel so comfortable asking questions. She gives you time and explains everything thoroughly. The wait times are very short. I tell all my friends to see her.

Very unprofessional. I waited in line for two hours to see my ears. The doctor came in and told me within a minute that your tinnitus is incurable and will be like this forever. I was so angry. He didnt check anything and just said that and left.

Agree with the other Reviewers on here. If i could give this place a zero i would . Rude and very unprofessional here. Office is mismanaged and overbooked. Will not return.

If I could rate it zero I would definitely give it zero. My mom was treated with Dr. Wu, and the attitude of the doctor was absolutely offensive, not at all like a professional doctor. My mom's voice was very weak on the day of her consultation. Dr. Wu actually told her not to pretend to be such a weak voice? Excuse you? What kind of doctor would say to a weak patient "Don't pretend to speak to me in such a weak voice."??? To make matters worse, my mom explained that her voice was like this because she was very uncomfortable, and Dr. Wu went on to say "I know you did it on purpose." I'm really shocked? ? How??? A patient sees a doctor only when they feel uncomfortable, not when they are full of energy. PLS, Dr. Wu, when you suspect a patient, please CORRECT your tone as a NORMAL doctor first, ugh!
