        Doctor is good but the clerk and assistants are really worst.

        dr. prufer seems nice and knowledgeable. I had a 930 appt there was nobody in waiting room and I was waiting over an hour. then more waiting in the back.was examined and he wanted me to take a test that took a few minutes ok. then I was waiting to speak to him about results but it was 11:30 already and I had to go so was told to call to speak with him. I called at least 4 times over a period of 2 weeks no return call not acceptable at all . so no follow up service or no response in case of emergency. as good as doc may be I wouldnt go there

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is closely monitoring the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and focusing on protecting the health and safety of their patients and workforce, while ensuring there is no further disruption to the ENT, Allergy, and Audiology care their patients deserve. At this time, the practice has structured a limited physician schedule (8:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday) to ensure minimal public interaction within the office space to reinforce proper social distancing protocols. ENTA wants to assure all patients that they value their safety and are observing heightened precautions throughout this time.
