Great place! Very clean, professional doctor and staff. I was very nervous but they all made me feel comfortable and calm. I wasn't wanting for long time like in other places. Definitely recommended!

I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, but I still went ahead. The receptionist turned out to be the least knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with. Even though I was on the phone with Care Credit, confirming that I was an authorized user on speaker, she failed to charge my Care Credit account. I had to take a day off work to visit this office and arrange for a babysitter for my two young children, only to have a receptionist who seemed as though she couldn't handle the task better than a second-grader, telling me she couldn't process the payment. Stay away there are much better places in Brooklyn. Adding on to their comment here: We reached out to CareCredit with my mom on speaker on the other line to approve this charge, and it would be quite absurd to commit fraud for a dental extraction. Interestingly, we share the same last name, which adds to the humor. The CareCredit representative gave us the green light to proceed with the charge. However, you re-verified in their website and claimed not to find my name, which is precisely why we contacted CareCredit initially. The representative explicitly confirmed that I'm an authorized user about 4x. It seems this situation is more about poor service rather than any wrongdoing, and the doctor should take this review into account.

Dr. Ruvinsky is incredible. I needed my tooth extracted, and his scereatery scheduled me for the following day. After contacting numerous oral surgeon providers regarding my pain. For a month or two, no one had anything open. I explained to the secratery, and she understood and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I went to see him, and he asked me some inquiries and asked me if i had a referral from my dentist. But I explained my situation, and he examined it. He extracted my tooth and discovered an infection, which he immediately cleaned up. His assistant was wonderful and thoughtful. Overall, the staff is fantastic, and I highly recommend him. He is also a fan of Kandiasky's art work.:)

I was treated by professionals Mikhail and Constantine and their staff with a 17th tooth problem (difficult boy, hurts as Mike Tyson). The experience was exceptional, and the problem was solved despite problems doctors and i were facing. Make sure you got some cash, good service has to be paid well.

I had a great experience with that dental clinic! The doctor, tech, and receptionist were very polite, professional, and supportive! The price is adequate as well. I had a tooth extraction and the doctor did it very carefully, with no pain or swelling during and after the procedure! Thanks a lot, guys, you did an amazing job
