If you are looking for vision care, please look somewhere else. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Delays I had an extremely frustrating experience with this place. I ordered my contacts (typical prescription, nothing "rare") over 3 months ago and have been waiting for an absurd 10 weeks with no update. When I finally visited the office to inquire about the delay, I encountered another woman facing the exact same issue. It's disheartening to see that this isn't an isolated incident, as I've come across multiple reviews highlighting similar problems with delayed orders and staff not caring. The lack of communication and prolonged wait times are unacceptable for a healthcare provider. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will be looking for a new eye care provider. I recommend anyone in the area look somewhere else.

Ordered contact lenses a month ago and have not heard a word. Ive called multiple days with no ability to connect with anyone. Ive tried emailing and to no avail either. Ive also already paid for half of the order. First They said it would take just a few days and then they said 2-3 weeks. Its been over a month now.

Not one typically to review, but here I am. Booked through Zocdoc, saw very good reviews about Dr Stevens. Arrived 20 mins early. Went through my pre exam work, then sent back out to the waiting room. Appointment was 10am, by 10:30am I had asked on an update for when I may be seen. The kind receptionist tells me Dr Stevens isnt in today and that Ill be seen by their other doctor when they get in around 10:45. It seems like the owner or manager was in and heard my inquiry and hes like well Ill call the doctor to see how close he is, while I was chatting with the receptionist about rescheduling because I was hoping to see Dr Stevens initially. He calls and says hey this patient wants to know when youre gonna be here. And I know it was in effort to right a wrong, but I also just wanted to see Dr Stevens and it made me feel like the bad guy. They said I should have received a call to be made aware of the change, but I never received that. Just a bummer all around and now Im in a bad mood :( just wished that I would have been informed right when I checked in that I wouldnt be seen until 10:45am but I just sat there until I spoke up.

I should have read the latest review. I scheduled with one DR and when I arrived was informed the Doctor I scheduled with was unavailable. I prefer Doctors who are comfortable speaking and asking questions, which is why I selected Dr. Zoe after reading Zoc doc reviews. The DR I met with couldnt have been less interested in being there. I also seem to have some sort of eye issue that may or may not be a big deal and I should come back in a few months, she suggested I Google it. Going to reschedule with a different Doc office, one who keeps their appointments or calls to cancel before arriving. So many options in BK, please dont bother. Young lady with the braces was lovely and the only reason Im reviewing as 2 stars and not 1.
