Have been coming here for glasses for the whole family for years: iLook has exceptional service with knowledgeable staff. They can also order glasses/sunglasses for me that they don't carry in the store & have me tryout before deciding to buy.

They broke my frame and said it wasnt their fault, they were lying in my face, I literally saw that they guy broke it trying to pop the lense back in, why did they take it out anyways, I never said I need the frames to be adjusted! The guy didnt even apologize for braking my frame, it costs $300 something!!!! Edit: they replaced the broken frame.

Rude as hell. We came in and we stood there for 20 mins and no one said hi to us or asked if we needed help with glasses.
