Had an eye exam. Paid over 170 for an eye exam/contact trial. It has been over a month and I haven’t even gotten the contact trials. Also why did I have to pay out of pocket for my eye exam…if my insurance covers. Did I just pay for contact trials that I didn’t even receive? Lastly, I feel like they just want money because of pandemic shut down. Decided to change doctors I just don’t feel comfortable anymore here.

I had Eye & Optics change the lenses in seven of my prescription glasses. This morning I went to the store because my Burberry frames was missing the screw so the arm was off. The young man asked "Did I purchase them from there?", I advised I did not, before I could say anything else he flippantly said "I can't fix this go across the street"- he sent me to Cohen's. Cohen's fixed it and did not charge me a dime! Needless to day I will not be returning, I did not purchase the frames at Eye & Optic but I did patron your establishment... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ADA was nice, this dude is horrible

Great service...called & text me when my glasses where ready...even call to let me know my glasses were on back order.
