Don't go to this place and overall my experience wasn't great. The service is poor, meaning they want to get you out of there faster than you came in not sparing time bring up concerns or problems we're experiencing not to mention this place is unsanitary if I could leave lower rating I would

I'm giving this place a low rating based on the fact that they were not equip with the "normal" supplies as any other eye doctor's office would be. It was my daughter's first time getting contacts and at the end of the visit, "they" DID NOT provide her with trial contact solution, a contact lens case, or a disposable case to hold her glasses. Not to mention, the day of our exam, which was two weeks prior I had to run to the nearest drug store to buy a case to hold my contact lenses in order for me to take my eye exam. I do not want to be this person, but had this been in a different neighborhood I think the owners would have produced a better outcome. Other than the lack of supplies, the workers were friendly and professional.

Front desk service is bad. After calling for over a week and a half and they're cpu's were down. Now it's the 3rd week and I had to call for my glasses and I need to see that's bad service and everytime you call and have an issue they did not have an answer. No good. I'll use someone else next time.

Warning Dont go to this place ever. Dr Desmond Parkin thats the name of the doctor. I went here and he was rushing me, I am a glaucoma suspect patient , so I need to be examined properly and not feel like I am being half way examined. He was telling me that he didnt like people from my country while talking to his gay, Jamaican lover on the phone. How unprofessional. When I questioned his behavior he got upset and noted my chart that this patient is not to be seen here ever again. How unprofessional. Not to mention the people at the front were very rude, but seem to be acting better now. They would get upset and act like your the rude one when they didnt do something in a timely manner when you called to ask about it. This Dr Parkin is so unprofessional just imagine hes also refusing to see my daughter who wasnt there at the time of this incident. My daughter and adult with special needs. Who has done nothing to him. This doctor is incompetent, and should not be seeing patients if he has to treat anyone in this manner. Its sad but I know when people are unprofessional they always want to put the blame on you, especially when the service is as poor as the service he provided, theyll always try to blame you for complaining. Just provide better service Dr Parkin, and fix this run down place . Any good reviews you have before and after will be fake. You need to be disciplined by the optical board doctors.
