I had a new pair of glasses and a box of contacts the same day as my visit. I have to say that this place was completely excellent with regards to their customer service and getting what I needed. 10/10 I recommend and will return to buy more contacts within the next few months. I came in around 11AM with no vision insurance and no recent prescription. I was able to to get an eye exam from their onsite optometry professional, and she was great at listening to my concerns and determining the prescription I needed. Once the exam was complete I was given daily sample contacts I could keep and wear for the rest of the day. I proceeded to buy a box of contacts at a reasonable price. I also elected to get new glasses as well. I chose a designer brand of glasses frames that was on discount for $100 off, and am very happy with the look of my new glasses. They work perfectly for me and add to my appearance. I was told it might take a full 24 hours to get my glasses ready, but they expedited the process for me and 6 hours later I had my new glasses on hand. I was told that they usually can't process the glasses this quickly but I got lucky this day, and even if it was 24 hours I would have been very happy with that turnaround as well. But I was very very happy to have a new prescription, new glasses and new contacts all within an afternoon. Service was very accurate and transparent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for contacts or any kind of eye wear. I also like the fact that they are a local business run by real people who care about their customers. Dont hesitate to come here. I live nearby, but even if I move away this will be my place to go to if I need more contacts or a repair / replacement for my glasses. I might consider getting transition lenses here next for the summer.

This place is unparalleled. I have two astigmatisms and my glasses were ready the next day. Never in my 50 years of life has that happened. Also, Joanna's amazing eye exam was so thorough. She really listened and allowed me to perfect my prescription. I've never had an eye doctor produce temporary exam glasses for me to walk around in too. She is next level. Everybody there was very hospitable and welcoming. Egypt helped me find the exact shape frames I prefer for my face. I'm glad I did not listen to those reviews about being overpriced. This is a storefront business, not an online website. You are supporting a team of local workers. I've been looking for somebody like Joanna my entire life.

I just want to say thank you to this family-owned establishment. When you walk in you feel that sense of being welcomed. You feel like family, the energy is warm, and the atmosphere is bright and inviting. The owners are very well knowledgeable about their business. The wife is an amazing individual just her smile and her personality just draw you in and make you feel much more than a customer. She breaks down everything and does not rush you to buy anything. She is honest and shows interest in your eye needs. She does not try to beat you in the head for a sale. Her husband, her king is also there but he allows his wife to do what she does without interference. They both are very knowledgeable. Now the optometrist Dr. Pierre is also on-site and is extremely knowledgeable when he checks your eyes. He is patient and helps correct where other optometrists have done a person wrong. He speaks to you with knowledge and explains what he is doing at every step. If you want to be treated well without worries please take some time and visit this establishment. I just received the best quality of service I have ever had at a vision center. Trust me you will not be disappointed. I love my blue glasses (cat-eye). Thank you M.Carter

Unfortunately another black owned business will fail due to shady business and lack of customer service. For some reason prices constantly change and no matter what insurance you have the owner will try to add some sort of hidden fee or extras because they need to milk the few customers they do have. Anytime someone has to keep repeating or convincing you that they are giving you a discount they most likely are over charging you. The owner is so nice/nasty with her sales approach u cant help but realize youre being scammed. You can find any of their designer frames elsewhere for a fraction of the price so no need to browse through their limited over priced selection. And theres no price list or itemized receipt. The fact there has been a new doctor each visit and a limited amount of accepted insurance is very telling

What a pleasant surprise! I stumbled in on my way to a doctor's appointment up the street and checked to see if they took my insurance. They did and were able to get me in for an eye exam after I finished my other appointment later that day. The ladies that assisted me were exceptional! The eye doctor that helped me was beyond patient and helpful in trying to make sure she got me into the right contact lenses since I had had so many issues with my current lenses. Her name escapes me but she was a lovely mature Filipino woman with pink tinted hair. She was so sweet and cute! And Egypt... the woman who helped me order my contact lenses and try on a few frames, had such amazing energy! I can only assume she runs the place and if so she is running a tight ship with her multitasking and organization but has such a fun personality! Her knowledge and customer service is on point! I can't wait to go back and pick up my special order contacts and try on a bunch of frames with her so we can order the PERFECT pair!
