I saw a doctor there in 2019. It was supposed to be a normal delivery and then the plan was changed. The doctor told me to push while playing mobile games. I was very nervous and scared at the time. My husband wanted to beat him, but for me and The child endured it safely. I had three scalpel cuts on the top of my child's head during childbirth. The scariest and saddest thing is that the wounds from the childbirth pain are still painful. When I went to check, I found that my stitching skills were really bad, no different than a novice. Looking at the B-ultrasound picture, my stitch wounds are full of holes. How many people have been harmed by this kind of clinic? Doctor Wan was not on duty that day, so he was given to someone else. The female doctor said that the time was up and she wanted to go home. What was the name of the new one, Andy? It's him who undermines the professional ethics of doctors

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years. I DON'T have problems with the doctors. However, ever since the billing staff changed, the service has been very bad. First they don't respect your privacy. They would ask you to personal questions so loudly over the counter. No sense of confidentiality. Second, they are not helpful with billing or insurance. If you have issues with insurance they don't tell you until you made the trip there then...send you away. Third, waiting time is always long. Staff in Brooklyn are not good. If you like the doctors there I would tell you go to the one in Manhattan instead. I had good experience in Manhattan.

The attitude at the front desk is very good and the doctor is also very professional! He is the most patient doctor I have ever encountered
