I recently started going to dr hanna, her receptionists are nice, not rude when they speak. But when u call and ask them to do stuff they would say “ okay” very nicely , but when u call again thy say the other receptionist left whn she come back tmr she ll probably do it. The replies are like maybe other receptionist did it, and i said i didn’t receive it, its been a while i called and can u re send it, she would say yes and never did. Or they would say i ll call u back on wed to let u know but never did.
I feel bad for calling over and over again and repeating myself and telling them to do same thing again and again.

Dr Hanna has delivered all 3 of my babies and I couldn’t imagine birthing any one of them with out her. All three of my births were very different and Dr Hanna made me feel safe and confident during each one. She has perfected a combination of following your body and desired birth plan but also intervenes when medically necessary. She communicated everything to me and was a voice of calm whenever I had concerns. Coming from someone who had a vaginal delivery, then c-section , and then a VBAC, 3 very different experiences. Dr Hanna was amazing to me during everyone of them. I can’t recommend her care enough.
