A beautiful new building and wonderful clean spaces but the staff working are basically robots. No type of bedside manners at all. I came for a 12 week sonogram on the 4th floor and the receptionist was my only friendly encounter. The sonographer was cold and didnt greet me or my partner at all. She didnt prompt anything and if I didnt ask her questions she probably wouldve been mute for the entire session. She told us to wait in a room for a nurse for bloodwork. When the nurse arrived I asked her what the bloodwork was for and she did not like me or my partner asking questions, she told us she was busy and needed to get to other patients and these questions were for the doctor. She asked us if we had a child and when we said yes she said then you guys should know this already.
Wow.
The nurse was skilled, the needle didnt hurt at all but I felt so uncomfortable during my whole appointment that Ive decided to change hospitals. This is not how we treat patients!
