Absolutely do NOT go to this doctor!! Clinic is horrible and staff is unprofessional. They mixed up the blood vials drawn from my mom with another patient. They were sitting next to each other and the nurses were chatting, my moms nurse grabbed the wrong vial and almost combined the blood products!! Dr. Si was informed and just merely assured us nothing would happen. My mom went to her for a hysterectomy, it resulted it a large scar (which should not have been the case) and persistent pain and bleeding. She could not find the cause. It was only a hysterectomy. Highly do not recommend this doctor. Please avoid at all costs.

Read others review before leaving mine. Looks like the receptionist problem has been ongoing for years which means the owner doesnt care (or maybe the receptionist is the owner after all) just like what other reviews say, terrible receptionists. Especially the one with glasses sitting closer to the door. Unsure why work here if you dont like your job. Or seek help with you are unhappy with life, dont take it on customers. And when you come on time for appointment and have been waiting for 45 min- when you ask her how much longer is the wait, she said she cant tell how many patients are before me and you just have to wait. Zero care for customers

I have been seeing Dr. Shi for more than ten years. This is the worst front desk. His name seems to be Tear. I dont know how unpleasant your experience is. You shouldnt treat patients with such a bad attitude. He looks amazing every time. He is very impatient when asking questions and just laughs there. Very, very bad attitude. He is just helping the doctor to chase away patients. I don't know why Dr. Shi hired such a bad front desk.

Front desk staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Tried to make an appt for a family member and ask what her insurance was. When I told it was Medicare, she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she gave me an attitude and asked what I was calling for and I told her her PCP requested for her to have an OB/GYN exam. She again asked angrily if it was for a pap smear and I had to read off the referral form from her PCP and it clearly stated she needed a GYN exam. Don't go here, don't waste your time, unless you want to deal with this nasty, rude receptionist.

They checked my insurance and said they accept my insurance, but I still need to pay $200 as deposit and will refund. So I paid. Later they called me they didnt accept my insurance and $200 would not be refunded.
