        pretty confusing experience at this store. I came in with my package in a box and a pre-paid shipping label QR code on my phone and the woman told me it would cost $5 to print my label. I just paid for the label online about 30 mins earlier, why is it $5 extra to print a single piece of paper? is this really the usual policy of UPS stores? will look elsewhere in the future

        This UPS store is fantastic. Ive shipped tons of things through here. Never had a problem and everyone is very kind. They also have dog treats.
