First time I visited this place to prepare my taxes and I regret having gone, first they have you there waiting for more than two hours even though you have already scheduled an appointment they have you there waiting, second they did not help me at all in getting my refund on the contrary I received my lowest refund of the year, third I compared my refunds from previous years and there are many strange things in the paperwork and they did not claim my first child, something that I did not realize at the time because they don't even explain it to you, they just fill it out. BEWARE of their convenience, be careful with these organizations And lastly, I thought that organizations were there to kindly help people, but until they argued, they would get in touch with clients. If I would go there again I would NEVER go back to that place.
