Cleanliness is seemingly not a priority here. Visibly dirty walls & stations. Nail tech have conversations with others & look away from your nails, cutting you to the point of bleeding. And if you care about nail health.... My nails beds are in the worst shape due to how they removed a gel manicure. Minimal soaking, then they just Dremmeled it off, taking layers of nail with it, leaving my nails so weak, I had to cut them down myself. Went to the salon to have them redo my nails as it had only been a week since I'd had them done at this salon. The woman that greets people as they come in said they'd fix the broken/chipped nails (5 in all) at no cost, which would have left me with uneven nails. But if I wanted to make my nails even, I'd have to pay full price. Please do not go here if you're looking for a new salon. Your nails will end up so damaged. This place is all about turnover. They don't care if they do a bad job or not. Spare yourself broken, chipped, weak nails, that have to be redone weekly.

I enjoyed my experience here... the different options were explained clearly so I was confident in picking out the best manicure for me which is the SNS powder. they're very clean and professional and I'm so happy with the way they turned out. Here we are a week later and these nails are still looking sharp!

Customer service was nice but the lady doing my nails was rushing the whole time I asked For Coffin W Dark blue French tip, she wouldnt even let me show her a picture of the way I wanted it. I paid $63 for them to do whatever then I said I wanted dark blue and was giving a light blue. She didnt shape my nails like the coffin. she shaped it any kind of way, the nails was lumpy an had little bubbles in it just horrible and some of the nails are uneven and I was leaving town so I couldnt even have her fix it but they look like the press on nails you get from the beauty supply store like its only two days old and look like I need a fill in alreadyThe worst set Ive ever gotten never going back there !!!
