Liars. Tell you you can come in at a certain time and close over 45 mins before the time listed on the site. Then when going there they were playing cards and laughing that they just had me travel there for no reason after confirming a time.

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I had to come back multiple times due to their incompetency to complete a simple design. They ruined my nails and refused to fix them even after I politely communicated the problem.

Damaged my real nail filing to low. My nail bed is now in pain and sensitive. I had to stop her and didnt even get the new set I came in for because it hurt to bad and just had her stop. My nails have been in great condition before this I only get gel and usually I get it soaked off. They still charged me for take off with no discount and they didnt even take off all of the gel. Second time here receiving poor service, I shouldve known better.
