Regarding the billing concern, we want to confirm that a discount was indeed applied to your bill, please do check your statement and let us know if there was any mistake with the transaction. We have been around for over 13 years and trust that our clientele are aware of our standards regarding sanitation. Sadly regardless of our daily and weekly protocols there was an oversight. There seems to be an issue with the faucet allowing excess water / leak which was quickly causing the hinges to rust. We understand your frustration and assure you that steps are being taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
