Ive been going to this nail salon consistently for over a year now & felt the need to offset some of the negative reviews. The techs here are careful & have always provided great service. There have been a couple times Ive had to wait, but ever since, Ill just call a day ahead or the morning of to make an appointment. Ive gotten acrylics, gel, dip & have always been satisfied. Their prices are reasonable too! Its also so conveniently located right off the L. This is the only nail spot I go to!

Rude. Walked in, asked questions about pricing and styles and was met with eye rolling and attitude. Still, my wife and I decided to push on. Throughout the appointment my wife's pedicure seemed rushed. We sat under the dryers and the staff were huddled together talking, and pretty much didn't interact with us until someone else walked in and by that point we were ready to be out of there. I'm all for tipping well, but truly this place made me not want to tip at all. Don't expect us back.

I am a Black woman have been a regular customer at this Salon for 3+ years. Walked in today (when the salon was not busy - one other person getting her nails done), sat down and was told one moment. White lady walks in 5 minutes after me, and the nail tech's tell her to have a seat, and immediately begin doing her nails first. I got up and walked right out. You just lost a customer of many years who frequently brings friends to this establishment. Will never be returning and recommending others to do the same. Anti-Black racism at it's finest.

RUINED one of my eyebrows during a waxing service after I asked for a light cleanup. The eyebrow is so overwaxed and looks NOTHING like the other one. Said brow is in pain/burning several hours later. Nail services here are mediocre. Very limited color selection. Got an infection on both big toes after a pedicure here back in May. Had to come here to write a review after my experience today. Will never be going back to this salon again.
