Great service all around! The boxes came clean and it was great to not have to spend time breaking down and recycling a bunch of boxes after moving. The dish and glass dividers also saved a lot of time since we didn't have to bubble wrap. The delivery driver, Joel, was so kind and punctual. Would definitely use again!

I love boxup rental. I've used them twice for a residential and both experiences were so easy. Lily is the best, she is very responsive and accommodating. I also love these boxes so much more than cardboard boxes. Not only is it less waste but they are much easier for me to lift and move around!

The easiest and most efficient way to move! BoxUp was incredible - simple-to-use reusable crates and wardrobe boxes to make any move manageable. I ordered the dish and glass dividers and it was an absolute time saver while protecting my fragile items. Customer service from the ordering process to delivery and pickup of the boxes was smooth, timely and professional. Super friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend these folks and would use them again.

This was my 4th time using BoxUp for a personal residential move, and I have also used them for a large business move. Cannot recommend them enough! Pricing is very fair, and they offer a range of items beyond the bins for moving. Their customer service and communication is amazing! They follow up to give you a precise drop off and pick up window. There was only one time when they were running late, but they called right away and kept following up to keep me posted. All their team members have been friendly and professional. Unlike many services, the bins arrive sparkling clean and love that they come with labels and wax pencils for marking. BoxUp bins are so worth it. Your items are better protected, you're cutting down on waste, and they make your move faster and smoother. Your movers will thank you for using them.

This is my third time in about 5 years using BoxUp. Lily who coordinates everything is so helpful and kind and Ruben who delivers the boxes is exactly the person you want helping you out in the middle of packing! I can not say enough good things about this company and always recommend that friends and colleagues use them.
