Excellent experience. Our job was not huge BUT it did involve a 4 floor walk up in Manhattan. The guys were super efficient, friendly, polite and up for anything. Our giant club chair would not fit through the front door and they had the tools to take it apart and put it back together. I also appreciated that they had extra boxes for stray odds and ends and wrapped the furniture and tv really well. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I got but they are fully insured and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

This company did a wonderful job and I cannot thank them enough for it. The movers were professional, quick, and safe while moving my belongings during the pandemic. After having no problem getting my sofa, they moved about 10 boxes without damaging anything, and they reassembled my bed within 2 hours. It was definitely worth tipping them 20% for their hard work. I highly recommend them!

Local Moving Heroes provided me with excellent service from beginning to end. My emails were responded to quickly. My move date was changed the day before, and I received a revised quote the next day. The movers were on time and professional. Although I had a lot of fragile glassware, NONE of it broke. Despite a 90-degree day, both guys wore masks and gloves. Moving during a pandemic is stressful but they made it much easier. Definitely recommend them.

No complaints!! My coordinator Legacy was excellent and always available for my questions and concerns. My movers were amazing! I was so thankful for their help and their low stress level . The entire experience was great! I was stressed out, but everyone was so helpful, that I left it in their hands. Will definitely use them again.
