I used this moving company and got robbed of my belongings. The movers transfer your entire belongings to other drivers . So you won't know how stole your belongings..then they tell you to make an insurance claim of missing items,, FOLKS that's as far as it goes..in my opinion there Not to be trusted I worked and saved to buy for them to steal..

Requested a quote last year when we moved. Too long between responses, so I never got a quote. However, last month I did get a phishing scam sent to my email from a 3rd party in Mexico referencing an email that I had sent to Impress with a very suspicious document attached. The email Impress had sent me was copied as part of the regular chain, complete with all header info. Needless to say I did not open the attachment. After writing back to the original person I emailed at Impress to warn them that their client lists and servers have been compromised, I still have heard nothing from them... Give them your info at your own risk.

I never once heard of this business in my life yet I have had these people call/message me a dozen times today alone! I tried replying to get them to stop and get no response back. I block and report the numbers each time yet they still create a new fake numbers to try and scam me. Just from this alone I know it's a fake scam company only trying to steal innocent people's money. SO STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

We used Impress to move from CT to NC. Great moving crew but The first truck (which was the problem) was filled on a Thursday with boxes of items from all over our home. It went back to Brooklyn and was kept in the warehouse Thursday night, all day Friday and Friday night and left for NC on Saturday with the second truck that was filled with furniture on Friday. After a few months of unpacking boxes my wife noticed many, many items were missing. I was in disbelief because everything had gone so smoothly. My wife contacted Natalie at Impress and she was rude and condescending in her emails and she had our moving dates wrong. It took her two separate time to send a claim form that didnt make sense because it specified damage NOT THEFT. Over a third of our items were stolen while in their warehouse, dish ware, many sets of glass ware, platters, art supplies and very personal religious items and the list goes on. We filled out the form and whatever descriptions that we could and there has been nothing but dead silence, not even an apology. Watch your things with Impress, they could be stolen from you.
