This was our first cross country move, and also our first time using 5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC. Sylvia Crain did a wonderful job helping us with all the details from start to finish! The packing and loading of our goods went very smoothly! Everything arrived at our destination in great condition, nothing was damaged! We were very impressed with all the hardworking staff. We had the same experience regarding the unloading of our items. They were very careful and also assisted us with putting our bed and desk back together. We would highly recommend 5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC, they did a fantastic job for us!

I initially hired another moving company, but unfortunately, 5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC saved the day for us. The previous company was four hours late, arrived with the wrong truck and no tools, and even the movers themselves said they couldn't do the job. It was a terrible experience, and they never showed up to finish the job as promised. When I called them, they made excuses and lied about coming back. Thankfully, 5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC came in and provided excellent service. They arrived promptly at 7:30 am, and the two movers were polite, professional, and had a plan in place. They made our move so easy and stress-free. I accidentally called the wrong number, but I'm glad I did because it would have cost the same in the long run. We are grateful for 5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC and their exceptional service. Thank you for all that you do!

5 Star Movers Brooklyn NYC delivered the bed we ordered. I was concerned about them delivering such a large mattress and being able to go around all corners. The men were extremely courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services.
