I cant recommend Jazz iFix for screen repair. I took my iPhone mini in to have a broken screen fixed. First they told me it would take 30min, but then when I handed it over the guy said it would be closer to an hour. I was quoted $150. When I picked it up I also purchased a glass screen protector for $15. They dont accept payment by credit or debit card so I paid by Zelle. The next day my screen went black. My phone was on but the screen wasnt working. I took it back and had to leave it with them again. When I returned it still had the same screen and was working again, but the repair guy seemed to have low confidence that it would continue working because he told me to text him the next time it stopped working. Sure enough, a few days later it stopped working again. I tried texting and calling and initially had trouble getting in touch but finally reached him on the phone. He said he ordered an original screen that he could install but it wouldnt arrive until that evening from 6-8pm. Additionally, they were not actually open until 10pm like their Google listing stated. He said I would have to return the next day, and that we would be there form the time they open at 10am until close. This was extremely inconvenient timing for me but I cancelled plans to make it work. I arrived at 10:10am. and they were just opening up, but the repair guy wasnt there. The other guy first said they hadnt even ordered the screen for my phone yet, then he got the repair guy on the phone who said he would not be there until 12 or 1pm. Having cancelled plans to be there at that time I was pretty pissed. I told him I would come back at 12pm but would not be able to wait if he wasnt here. When I came back at 12pm he wasnt there and I was told I would have to wait another 20min. At that point I gave up and left. Why say you will be there and then not even notify the customer when you cant be there? I really felt disrespected and at that point I didnt believe he was actually going to show up in 20 minutes. I went to Apple and spent another $225 getting it done right. I asked for a refund many times and they have not given one. This was a very frustrating experience and I lost time and $165 trying to use these guys.
