Marvin, ably assisted by Katy, helped me rent out my condo during the darkest days of the COVID pandemic, after another agent (from another company) made a total mess of the process. Marvin and team were totally professional, patient, and provided great input in finding me a set of tenants that met my strict parameters. He helped get them approved by the condo board, while making sure all parties were apprised of the progress. Definitely recommended.

Putting my property up for sale was a difficult decision. It had been in the family for nearly four decades and was also the home for our family business. What can I say!? Katy is just perfect! This is my first time purchasing my home and it was a very smooth process. Katy is efficient, thorough, excellent at negotiating, and is prompt to respond to email/calls. Katy is always there for me and reassured me throughout the whole process. Katy will recommend listings and will listen to your preference/budget. Also, if you ever need a mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector, or home insurance broker she will recommend someone to you, and this has helped me tremendously since I was clueless. She took care of most parts which made it less stressful. Go for Katy! I would recommend her!!
