My husband and I live in Maryland and discovered Ronit after receiving her postcard in the mail. We read her bio, reviewed her listings and decided to hire her to sell my childhood home in Brooklyn. We were glad that we did. She came to our first meeting not only with coffee and sweet treats but prepared with information about the real estate market, comps in our area and a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Her professionalism, patience and communication were key, especially since we were out of state. My situation with an estate was very complex to include an eviction proceeding. In addition, I live out of state. This was a three year process and Ronit was instrumental part of the resolution. She did a fabulous job as far as listing the residence and showing it and handling the tenant who made things even harder. Ronit always remained calm, polite and professional. She even did things above and beyond. For instance, going to the property when she did not have to due to a water line break, finding companies to clean the property and remained at the property during the entire time and constantly updating me with various things.
