Dr. Jones is the BEST ENT. She has amazing bedside manners. Great with kids, especially little ones. She's calming, noninvasive, and gets the job done quickly. She was able to examine my 6 year old son's nose, even though he's super sensitive and screams during exams. She calmed him enough to treat him, and was very patient and let him touch each piece of equipment and play with it for a few minutes before she used it on him. She was referred to us by our pediatrician, who told us Dr. Jones is "simply amazing." My son had over 200 nosebleeds a year (we had to keep a detailed log of the dates he had them, and how long each episode lasted). After treating with Dr. Jones for a year, he's down to 2-3 nosebleeds a month. It's a huge improvement and has made such a big difference in our lives. I highly recommend her to all my friends with children.

I have been a patient of Dr Jones for many years. My experience with her practice has always been positive. She came very highly recommend and for obvious reasons her outstanding education and experience being at the very top of her proffesion.That being said she is approachable and understands how to relate to her patients as human beings that may be a bit apprehensiveAbout being cared for.Altogether a great physician!

Simply the best -- I have never trusted and respected a doctor more. She treats patients --infants, kids and adults -- with attention, knowledge, wisdom, kindness and respect. She runs an exceptional practice.. and has never let me down.I first met Dr. Jones when she was practicing at NY Presbyterian Hospital. She stood out in any crowd. So helpful - I get sinus infections that are bad. With other ENT's the infections had dragged on forever. With Dr. Jones they end!!!  And she BELIEVES you. What a rare commodity. We decided I did not need surgery... so we treat the infections as they come... and I can keep my busy schedule, flying, speaking, etc. with no significant downtime. Then, she started her own practice and I followed her there. It is the best practice of any doctor I go to.  (AND she recommended me to the best dentist as well) so she has great referrals. I really just can not recommend her more highly. You're lucky if you go to her.
