        Vegetarian options: The best Mexican spot in nyc hands down the cheese is like Crack. I like to order the steak nachos with everything on the side. Basically, I build it myself, but I don't like nachos too wet. Also, I'm able to share or take the rest home. It's a little pricey, but they give a lot. I can never finish it on the same sitting.
