Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I decided to give it a try and see for myself. Can't say I had any complaints. Staff seemed nice and working hard to take care of the long line. I ordered for pick up on the app and the lady that made and handed my bowl was nice. The food was just as expected and made well. Nice amount of each ingredient, wasn't cheap and tasted fresh. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

No matter the time of day, this location is always sold out of many items. The location closes at 10pm and doesnt have major ingredients whether it is 7pm or 4pm. Very disappointed every time I try to purchase something

I go to other locations, just to compare them to this location. And it has been confirmed, that this location is the worse. Some of the staff attitudes are really horrible. And they're always out of cheese, vegetables, or something! Mainly the vegetables though. But WHY, I just don't get it! I went to a few locations in Brooklyn & Queens, different times of the day, & they had EVERYTHING! Close this location down, & put another restaurant there. Oooooorrrrr change management. Either way, something has to be done.

Always something going on at this location. Either they dont have the rice cooked, beans arent ready, or the meats are not ready either. Soda machines constantly dont work. In the summer the AC wasnt working.
You have to pay with card only and all the employees always seemed annoyed. Today I went in and they are doing Online Orders only. Huh??

One of the worst chipotle in Brooklyn. They're always running out of food whether it's cheese, guac, chicken, rice, etc. There's always a problem with their register where they can only take exact change or cards only. Food is always bland. Just horrible!
