Sloppy workmanship! Price doubled when I actually ordered. Thought we were getting a to-spec architectural product, a roof panel system. Nothing was cut. They expect customers to cut the metal because, they say: "What if our workers cut it too short?" Amazing excuse! The contractor spent hours trying to figure out how it goes together until realizing we weren't given the essential "starter" piece, and I had to schlep back (via cab during a lockdown). They have no sense of dimensions given. They fabricate extra square footage ("what if contractor cuts it short"). Ended up with 20 excessive linear feet of expensive copper flashing, which of course I paid for. Flashing we did use had to be reconfigured/cut into a logical configuration on site.
