        Came in for service and small fix. Great experience with service advisor Karen, she was wonderful. Good communication and follow ups. Hager at the loaner desk was also very pleasant to work with.

        Before doing business with them, compare prices with other dealerships. They'll demand a $500 diagnosis fee upfront, then present you with an inflated estimate, leaving you with no choice. First they give me overcharged estimates, and informed me that my vehicle is not under any warranty, after I pay for diagnostic and tow my Van for 450$ to other mechanic shop, then I find out about warranty, I call them back they said ok bring the van back I pay another 450$ to tow the Van back to them, then they give me absolutely different estimate then first time, they are just liars thats for sure, I have worst experience with this peoples. And while you're there they talking to each other nonstop and laughing like they are in Cafe

        What a great experience visiting MB of Brooklyn, they have such a large selection of new and used vehicles to choose from. Olivia Chalet followed up with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. They are so personal and friendly.
