Got a bill six months after a canceled appointment that never happened. Consistently unorganized and poor at communicating.

Had a good consultation. Building Reception is not great. Security guard unfriendly at people downstairs. Reception is badge only access. So people have to wait in the elevator area for their appointments.

I do not recommend this clinic. I scheduled my appointment at 10am on a Tuesday and they texted me after office hours on Monday saying my appointment is no longer available and to contact them to reschedule. When I called, they said that my nurse practitioner Monet Mindell had something come up. Fine, I rescheduled for 6pm on Thursday. On Thursday, I waited for 20 min and Monet did not show up to our virtual appointment. I tried calling the office and no one picked up. I texted their number (which has been responsive prior to the appointment) and got an auto response saying sorry this service is temporarily unavailable. Completely unacceptable. Dealing with this office has been a huge waste of my time and I feel very disrespected as a patient that has come here looking for care.

I am deeply dissatisfied with how my appointment was managed. I only learned about the change from an in-person to a telehealth appointment when I received an unexpected text message instructing me to prepare for a virtual visit. Initially, I thought it was an error, as I had specifically requested an in-person consultation. I dont live in Brooklyn, but was going to get on a train as I was specifically looking for an in person appointment. When I called to express my confusion and frustration, it was only then that I was informed that my provider wasnt feeling well. The complete lack of prior communication and disregard for my appointment preference has left me feeling neglected and disappointed with the overall service. I have canceled my appointment for today.
