Don’t seek help here!!! I am pregnant and I have been taking a medication that I need for the past 20 years I was given a referral to hieghts hill I was told they treat pregnant woman and could prescribe me my meds. After 2 months of jumping through hoops intake appointment at times that were very difficult for me to make and filling out paperwork I finally met with there physiatrist. The physiatrist was very rude and unprofessional and than decided she would not prescribe me medication. That’s it! I tried to find out why? They told me they didn’t know and I need to find another clinic that will. The best I could get is that she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing to some one who’s pregnant. I said if that’s the case you shouldn’t have told me you have physiatrists that’s prescribes meds to pregnant woman Now I’m about to run out of my meds!!! That I need. I don’t understand how you can leave some one hanging for so long that needs your help and put them in such a dire situation it’s Unconscionable!!! I think they just told me they could treat me so they could charge Medicaid for the consultation visit.

I’m not one to write reviews but it took multiple phone calls to get through to these people. Then they couldn’t even tell me if they accepted my insurance, which was never an issue at other counseling centers. Everything you see online will tell you that a military ID is your insurance card, but I was told that I was wrong and they “don’t know how much more clear they can be.” It is so discouraging to reach out for help just to receive none. The experience was upsetting to say the absolute least. No wonder the rating is trash
