My husband broke his neck at the beginning of the year. As his healing progressed, the Infinite Position Recliner allowed him to make big and small adjustments to find the perfect incline to relieve his pain and keep him comfortable. He was also able to sleep soundly and safely in it. Everyone that I spoke with was sympathetic and helpful. Walter in particular went above and beyond to make the COI happen on very short notice. Excellent Customer Service. Daniel went above and beyond to help me and my family find the precise bed that we needed for my sister's special circumstances. She is home from the hospital and so happy with her bed. It is exactly what we needed and after an exhaustive search, Homepro Medical Supplies had the answer. I highly recommend them! I received excellent service from them throughout. They delivered the wheelchair I ordered right on time as arranged, and when there was a minor issue with the chair they replaced it immediately without any delay. The company staff was always available by phone or email when I had questions or issues, and responded professionally to every inquiry. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the personal attention.
