Oh my gosh ! Great place . My grandmother has been in search of an electric wheelchair for months. Immediately I was told about this place, I went there to make inquiries. The employees are awesome In less than 2weeks, my grandmother electric wheelchair was delivered. Thank you so much Duke Medical Inc.

This place is horrible, they take forever to get back to you and when they do it is with wrong information. There is a gentlemen who answers the phone and that is all he is allowed to do. All callers have to leave a message and then WAIT for someone to call them back. I have been going back and forth with this place since before the summer (April) about my mothers walker. First response was the Insurance company denied it. I then reached out to the insurance company who approved it and was also able to provide me with an Authorization number. This was 2 weeks ago and I am still trying to reach someone to give me an update, all I ever here is I will take your information and someone will call you. This is extremely frustrating considering I work myself and I don't have to time nor energy to call everyday to get an update that is not available to me. So today I will call back every half hour to see if someone becomes available.

This pharmacy is unprofessional!! Ordered baby formula from here although there's a shortage, which I completely understood but the staff was unable to give me updates after they received the formula from the manufacture. I called for 3 months straight spoke with Kerry each time I spoke with Louis the manager maybe 2x he wasn't pleasant. They ended up delivering my baby formula to the wrong address ( I gave them an address and they took it upon themselves to use the address from my insurance card) just incompetent, unprofessional individuals I waited so long I was able to ween my baby off formula! Pathetic services.  Due to their location they treat individuals a certain way, but I'm not from Brooklyn or even close to there. The neighborhood is ghetto and so is this pharmacy
