Arrived today for a facial at 12:30 from Groupon, they took me in 20 minutes after the fact and as a soon to be licensed esthetician myself that is extremely unprofessional. About 5 of them crowded the front desk and we were all just staring at eachother wondering what the wait was. I guess they arent happy with Groupon purchases but for a first time experience why does that even matter? & followed up with demanding a tip before the facial even started .. We are taught in school were not even allowed to ask for tips lmao. anyways follow me on ig @nooresthetics_ for PROPER facials followed by sterilization. Not returning EXTREMELY unprofessional.

My friend also treated the skin in it, and recommended it. Both the front desk and the doctor have a very good attitude. The treatment plan given is also particularly effective and explained in great detail.
