        Brought my 2 year old here and the woman was very friendly and patient with her. Also, there was hardly a wait time and the whole visit was less than 10 min.

        This lab is the most pleasant lab Ive ever been to - better than lab corps & quest. The staff so nice & efficient . The place is clean,- a real pleasure to go there!

        Incompetent, rude, unreliable, unprofessional. Went Saturday 8am for a mandatory pcr for Tuesday surgery. The specimen never got submitted. Im at the hospital with no pcr results all prepped ready for surgery which is delayed because DYKER LAB failed to submit the specimen. When I called to inquire what happened, a woman with very poor English hung up on me after she told me she did not understand and to call my doctor. This is a Northwell lab and Im at a Northwell hospital. Whoever is in charge needs to address the poor staffing issues at DYKER LAB and find people that are competent, literate and polite.
