        My grandmother received a blood test here. Instead of a phone call or a follow up appointment to discuss the results, we received a letter in the mail with no indication of urgent or sensitive information being contained. This is how she was notified of serious illness. Unacceptable.

        This is my doc for over ten years. My angels. I hate the wait but that speaks to the personal service each patient receives. A very professional but very comforting staff.
