IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a receptionist to schedule an appointment. Once I called every 30 min about 7 times in a row and nobody answered the phone once.... if you leave a voicemail maybe theyll get back to you about 2 weeks later. When I do get there I always have a good, fast experience and Dr. Deng is literally the best doctor ever although I think he recently just left.... just really curious as to how its possible that literally NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT A HEALTH CLINIC

Just spoke to a really rude receptionist there. I tried to make an appointment and she was just so rude. I need to see an orthopedic doctor and she kept reiterating that I need a referral after I told her I already have one.
