Don't see or feel the doctor is professional, but do see this place is very greedy/money hungry. Phone call for 2 minus just for telling the test result charged $170 and another &10 co-pay.

I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the reservation time, but still had to wait for more than 2 hours. The attitude of the front desk was so confident that I was really speechless.

Good doctors especially Dr.Chan. Wait times not long, easy appointment setup. All problems and concerns are discussed with you one on one for as long as they need be. Not a pushy place. Been my PCP for years.

Been here since I was 5. Loved waiting hours even with an appointment, watching the receptionists yell at people to sit down, using their bathrooms even though they dont hire a janitor, I could go on. Well, what can they do when the clinic runs on 1 doctor, 0 nurses, and 2 helpers. Its better now then in the past, the receptionists are experienced now and also paid 60/hour currently, almost all the employees having worked here for 20+ years. All the janlian clinics are like this, skeleton crews saving as much money as possible by not hiring and spending zero on upgrades. The business model is crazy good, farming Medicaid from the Chinese community for decades, owner is making millions every year .Nowadays there are plenty of Chinese clinic options in the area so this clinic isnt packed anymore.
