To Dr. Karl Cirincione, I was terrified of removing the heel splinter but the Dr.took care of it quick and painless. I am happy to be back on my feet!:) Thank you.

Very un reliable. Had two primary doctors there who left the clinic after my initial appointment and no one contacted me to let me know. To get a new Primary have to wait couple of months every time. Scheduled two video call appointments with behavioral health and they didnt show up, had to call to reschedule and wait another month. Im on prep and they didnt notify me when labs were needed to continue the prescription, when the pharmacy contacted them for a refill it was not approved, I called them for three weeks so they would call the pharmacy and the operator would write notes to the provider to call the pharmacy urgently and he still wouldnt call, he then left a note (I had to call them to find about the note) saying he cant approve the refill without lab appointments (which they never told me I needed to do before my prescription expired). I even ask for just one week of prep till we get the lab done so I dont get off prep and be at risk and he wouldnt approve it or speak with me directly This cause me to be off prep for 2weeks! Provider name is Dr. Tolentino.

I used to love going to CHN until i had a child and realized that they put little to no effort into parents and their children. Its sad how lazy, dishonest, and unwelcoming the staff can be. They dont want to help they just want it to be 5 oclock so they can clock out and go home. Not caring about anyones situation. Im done with this place and will be moving my daughter out of there. My daughter doesnt get the proper attention or care that she needs.
