Ive never been so uncomfortable to be at a clinic, the whole staff is extremely unprofessional, from the front desk to the health consulars, no one ever knows whats going on, they asked me the same question multiple times when I clearly have a record and an appointment. The nurse who did my blood work kept asking me for stickers for my case like Im supposed to be the one who prints them out. The doctor made feel extremely uncomfortable about having to come to get my shot. She claimed I tried to manipulate her since I need to come in so my disease was taken care of. My original appointment was to receive my prescription which they claimed they didnt know about and so I had to wait a week until the finally send it out. I advise to seek other options this place is out of control. I wont be going back.

Appointment times are just a suggestion for the providers. I've never had anyone see me in less than an hour of when my appointment was supposed to be. Do not go here unless you have no other options. Horrible hospital system, neglectful doctors, and incompetent staff.

Hours long wait. They are just trying to get as much money from you. Terrible care. Going to an insta clinic is a better option than this.

the receptionists are very foul mouthed offending everyone who arrives a tall brunette pushed me I never went towards her because I don't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish either I arrived at 12 noon and I only came receiving insults from the receptionist Latina she never wanted to check me in because my appointment was at 2:00 pm and I arrived very early, I left and came back at 1:00 pm She said that she was not going to check me in because I arrived very early and I had seen myself gone before, in the first place I never register because I arrived very early and then because he saw me gone they are 2 stupid orita I will put a photo of both women
