the staff was really rude. she does not let me even call my insurance to know why my card is not working (as she claimed). and she some how try to force me to sign a form of the bill before even seeing my doctor even the appointment was just a control after a surgery. she began to speak rudely .i canceled everything, i spoke to my insurance later and they assure me that my coverage is active and everything as it should be. after 2houres and half of driving and 40min of wait i cancelled the whole thing. very bad experience definitely not coming again.

Would not recommend this practice at all. This was my first and last time visiting there waited 2.5 hours to be called asked twice what was going on after asking the second time the receptionist Rocio said oh go ask in room 2 like she was surprised as if they forgot I was even there. Had I not got up and asked they would have never called me after that I waited another 30 mins to be seen by the doctor just for her to rush my visit,and rush me out the door. Everyone there seemed so stressed and in a bad mood I understand they have lots of patients but that's no way to treat patients. In total I spent 4 hrs there that is ridiculous I missed my next appointment because this appointment took so long therefore I have to take off another day of work.

Wouldnt recommend, even if you come early before appointment they take hour(s) to assist you. But staff is friendly so far. Plus, got to wait almost a month + to have an appointment, ridiculous.
