        I've never had my care at a medical facility be so terrible. Front desk and nursing staff are amazing. My issue was the surgical team. They did not handle me or my procedure with care at all. Very rushed and painful experience. Team was too rough. There was absolutely no reason for me to feel everything that was happening to me and having to ask for more numbing meds and still feel everything. No one seemed to care about me telling them I'm in pain as I'm being operated on. Very traumatic experience. I would not recommend!

        I Am Very Pleased. Staff Is Extremely Compassionate, Empathetic. AMERICAN ACCESS CARE, IS CLEAN, Inviting And Well Taken Care Of. Dr. Sclafani Is A Very Patience, Attentive, Professional Physician. I Am Happy That I Came To Have My Procedure Here.

        Dr. Karimi has replaced several of my husbands catheters and fixed mistakes of other physicians. He was thoughtful, respectful, careful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. His bedside manner is delightful, and we recommend him highly. The most recent catheter installed by Dr. Karimi in August 2021, has worked without a single malfunction or alarm! Both sites- in Queens and Brooklyn-were equally helpful. His staff was accommodating and followed through. We are grateful to Dr. Karimi and everyone on his teams. Frank and Inna Miller

      Located on 40th Street in Brooklyn, New York, we offer minimally invasive treatments with excellent outcomes for a variety of vascular conditions. We believe everyone deserves safe and effective care. When you visit our modern and comfortable outpatient center in Brooklyn, you can expect just that.When we first opened our doors over 15 years ago, we revolutionized the speed of which care is delivered to dialysis patients. Rather than being admitted to hospitals and staying for several days, our outpatient vascular center allows patients to get treated, and go home that same day. Our center has since expanded to offer minimally invasive treatments for dialysis access management, uterine fibroids, venous disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), and varicoceles.Dr. Dean Preddie, our board certified and fellowship trained Medical Director, leads a clinical team of expert physicians, who use the most up-to-date techniques to improve our patients’ quality of life. Our philosophy is to always deliver the expert care, personal attention and compassion that all of our patients deserve, before, during and after each procedure.
