I was throwing up blood at 6 months pregnant so I went to the emergency room & after 2 hours I still wasnt seen by a doctor so I left & then received a bill for 164$

Will take whole day to get to you Im not joking. My experience went like- talked to receptionist wait around 30minutes to get in. Your in great now wait in a chair for 2 hours, someone finally comes and asks you few questions then wait another hour or two. Then they will say a doctor will come then you wait as long as they want I was there at 9 pm and I left at 4am

Hello everyone Im currently 6.5 months post-op from my open myomectomy surgery and decided to finally share my personal experience at Maimonides hospital. Almost a year ago, I decided to get a second opinion on the status of my fibroids. After a few visits, I chose to stay with Dr. Amro Elfeky as my primary GYN. This has been the best decision I've made for my health. I can't say enough about him. He is honest, sympathetic, patient and did an incredible job with my surgery. I felt like a million bucks afterwards Any woman with fibroid issues should look no further than Dr. Elfeky! Thank me later. I also want to thank the anesthesiologists,the nurses,the X-rays tech and the ct scan tech for an excellent job. They were top notch. Though my recovery was not an easy one due to on and off fevers and other malaise, the hospital staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. From the nurses to the house keepers, from the bottom of my heart I thank you. Special thanks to Nurse Michelle for the great advices and Dr Sandra McCalla for the moral support. You both are truly amazing women. As you can see, my experience at Maimonides hospital was great and I am grateful to have found it
