Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Booked a Swedish massage and got rubbed by rocks for an hour. For some context: my wife got me a gift certificate as a gift as I have back issues. The certificate was for a massage and gratuity for the masseuse. I book the appointment online, come in, and the receptionist says that the gift certificate has more money in it and I can add an upgrade to some salt thing. I clarified that I had a gift card and was intending to use whatever my wife booked for me (and also wanted to ensure the masseuse would be tipped). I also asked whether the salt thing was part of the massage or its own thing entirely. She said it was part of the massage so I assumed I would be getting a Swedish with some salt thing added. Note that afterwards I made it clear I wasnt satisfied and I expected a regular massage. Reception made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding what I was getting even though I specifically provided context for what I was looking for and even asked if it was part of the massage. Wife tried to speak with manager but they said they would get back to us but we still havent received any call back.

My masseuse was Jacqueline and she was amazing!! She knew where I was tense and wanted to make sure I left there Relax. 10/10 would recommend with her. I will definitely be coming back!

I appreciate a great therapist and my massage today was EVERYTHING! Sean is an amazing therapist! As a massage therapist I'm picky because I need WORK! I can't thank him enough. My body greatly appreciated this session today!
